Heading up 233 towards New Hartford, if you take a left at the main light in Westmoreland, shortly up the road is a restaraunt/bar called Knuckleheads. Last weekend I had the chance to visit.
The inside is surrounded with license plates from all over the states. I didn't stop to count, but I figured one for every state in the country. There are also various stuffed animals hung on the walls (not the furry kind you buy your young nephew for his birthday: there was a full-sized stuffed bear and moosehead from what I reacall).
There were some girls on hand from Tuaca, giving away free shots of thier "Italian Liquour", along with t-shirts, hats and keychains. I'm not sure what to classify it as (someone mentioned whiskey), but it has a distinct vanilla taste.
Knuckleheads is known for its good food, although we weren't able to sample any, the menu looked relatively inexpensive, and I'm definitely going for another trip to try the food sometime soon.
